Question for the group: what was your #1 takeaway from the Summit?
For me, Jeremy's point about making offers so good that a potential client would feel stupid saying "no", has gotten my wheels turning about how to communicate the value of what we do at our firm to our potential clients. I am working on a complete checklist of what a WOW experience would look like for a client hiring our firm that I plan to share here by year's end. Then the key will be into giving a preview of this WOW experience to the client during the initial consultatoin.
